Ram Dass interviews Vietnamese monk Thich Nhat Hanh at State of the World forum. Thich Nhat Hanh is talking about mindfulness and how to take tender loving care of our anger. To be mindful and aware of our breathing will help us in taking loving care of our emotions. Thich compares our anger to a flower in that it needs the sunshine of our mindfulness."
