Shipping

We take great pride in the quality of our products, and each order is specially packaged with great care. Our products are shipped inside the most durable shipping containers available so they are fully protected and arrive in mint condition. Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be processed. Orders with items signed by Jalai Lama may take a few extra days. Once orders have been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

International Orders: Please allow up to 6 weeks from date of order for delivery.

Duties & taxes levied by Customs are the responsibility of you, the customer. They cannot be estimated and are not the responsibility of the Awakening Visions Shop. This applies to all orders.

Please make sure you provide the correct phone number on your order, if customs cannot reach you, your package will be returned and you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

At this time, due to very high security measures set by Customs, we cannot ship anything to Russia or China. We truly appreciate your interest and sincerely apologize that we are unable to provide merchandise to this area.

Missing Orders

If you have received notification of shipment, but have not received your package, you must contact us within 10 business days of ship date.

Please note that if the original “ship to” address is insufficient or incorrect and returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
