Returns

There is a restocking fee on all returns and exchanges, 15% for international orders and 10% for domestic orders.
Please contact us if you require more details on a product before ordering.

Non-Returnable Items
Unframed posters, both signed and unsigned, metal prints, pillows, blankets, prints and tapestries.

Returns & Exchanges
Clothing may only be returned or exchanged if it is unworn with original tags intact, or there is a manufacturers defect.

If you are dissatisfied with merchandise purchased from the Awakening Visions Shop, you must contact us within 10 business days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Customers must have had an interaction with a representative, if you have not received instructions from us do not send your product back. You will be responsible for sending the item to us and accepting the cost of re-shipping the desired item.
