This piece consists of 8 captures in one and was taken on the top of the tallest peak in Maui, known as “Haleakala” – (House of the Sun). The elevation height was 10,023 feet (3,055 m). To experience Haleakala is to experience heaven on earth. Words can’t even begin to describe how incredibly peaceful, beautiful, and blissful it was. My intention with this image of Haleakala was to recreate that experience so you too can experience a little slice of heaven in your home. Another beautiful aspect about this piece is that you always see something new and interesting when gazing into the hypnotizing cloud forms. All in all, this is a truly timeless image of Haleakala that never gets old.
